It's a new month. Let's shake things up a bit

Here is a photo of the make-n-takes I'm gonna RAK. I'll try to get a closer up picture and have everyone who comments name put in a hat for a drawing. I'll try to get that done w/i the next day or so.

Ok. About my cumulative RAK. So that others don't get discouraged since the comments seem to be dominated by two of my lovely BFFs how about this. For every post, your name will go into a drawing. At the end of the month, I'll pull two names. Those two names will go in to the hat for the BIG drawing at the end. It still works to your advantage to post alot cuz the more you post, the more chances you get to win. Plus, I know y'all are busy and can't post every time, so to encourage you to post (ahem, Carla, Kim), you'll still have a chance to have your name picked even if you only post once.

On to the good stuff. I'm putting in the binder of Prisma Pencils this month. I'll get a picture of it soon.

What's happening in our lives right now? We are MOVING. Eric and I have been bickering over the importance of my scrap supplies. He thinks it should all be packed away for 6 months while we build our house. He doesn't understand that I need to scrap like I need air to breathe! Sure, I know we're going to a 900 sq. ft. apt. But surely there's a little teeny tiny spot somewhere in there for me to bring along some supplies??!! What am I gonna do? If I have to go 6 months without scrapping, I will be one crabby girl!

Theresa, stash at a good friend's house! Maybe just the items you'll think you need like PIGGY TALES, basic SB tools and any other tools you use often. Or can you use your church's office and trade for basic SB classes (i.e. faithbooking?). Good luck!

Cute make-n-takes Theresa!

Great idea on the RAK, not everyone is as chatty as I am tee hee.

Do you have one of those roller cases, like a suit case on wheeles? Maybe you can fill that up and scrap at the dinning room table here and again. I'd have a hard time packing my stuff up for 6 months too. BUT it will be worth it in the end no matter what decision you choose. You will have a BRAND new home!

Good luck on your house building and keep us posted.

I think you should get to pack up a nice big bin of your favorite stuff, and then rely on a kit club or something for more. I couldn't pack it ALL away for that long!! LOL...

Oh, I forgot. Welcome Carla! I lured her out of hiding. Now if I can get my sister and Kim to visit more often, I'd be happy.

I think the idea of storing some with a friend is a good idea. I'm just a couple of states away.....
